This past weekend it was around 90 here! Hot my friends way too hot for April but it allowed me to put on my shorts. I’ve always loved shorts. You gotta get the right pair though, sometimes folks wear shorts that aren’t shorts they are fake pants. Other times they are filled with cargo pockets like crazy. I mean honestly what do you need all those pockets for? Really? Shorts should be simple and not something you think too much about. There are only a few rules.

So this past Saturday was record store day! Just so you know record store day was founded in 2007 as a celebration of over 700 independently owned record stores in the USA, and hundreds of similar stores internationally. Many labels and bands offer exclusive limited releases just for record store day. Its nice to see the surge in vinyl. Something about it, I dunno if its the big artwork or the warmth of analog. Lately I’ve started to amass quite a collection, the only bummer is now i have boxes upon boxes of it in the other room! HA!

Getting sweet packages in the mail! Its always a pleasent surprise! I usually use my work address as my apartment in Harlem has a tiny mailbox. I love coming into work all tired seeing packages at my desk, its like an instant wake up and burst with excitement! I got a few awesome things today.
