Woolrich Woolen Mills Spring 2010

I’ll admit its hard to stay up to date with all the new lines rolling out for spring. Luckily I didn’t miss the opportunity to post about one of my favorite lines.

Woolrich Woolen Mills is designed by Daiki Suzuki. If the name sounds familiar its because he’s the mastermind behind Engineered Garments. (did I just type mastermind? I admit sometimes I get dramatic talking about clothes I like)

The manufacturing is supposed to be “garment with a purpose” all Made in the USA created with original fabrics.

Original fabrics?!

Of course they are original, check out how crazy these fabrics look.

Now, don’t get me wrong, I’m a huge Daiki fan and I feel WWM’s is one of Daiki’s creative outlets that often gets overlooked.

Its less Japanese then Engineered Garments and in my opinion more Hunting inspired. (it is Woolrich anyway)

Some of the pieces this season are a bit too loud for me (see crazy pants) but everything else looks like another home run for Daiki.

This was also Daiki’s last spring season with WWM (after Fall its a new designer)

Check out some of the rest of the pictures below. Don’t forget the crazy pants.

L.A.S. you could pull those off right?
