Wooden Sleepers
I think etsy is amazing.
It’s like this huge attic, you take it for granted, then you check it out and are like “whoa…there’s some good stuff in here!”
The only bummer on etsy is there are no shops for men…there is now. A friend of mine just opened up wooden sleepers and well, its pretty awesome.
The man thrifts all the time, all over the place so the selection is great. I have no idea how he finds such amazing things in such great condition. Every time I go thrifting I end up buying something that smells bad and turns into grandmas mustache trimmings.
The pricing on the site isn’t insane like some etsy shops either.
e.g. ”yeah this is like from 19 something so it’s like 500 dollars” <—Are you serious?!
The last thing anyone wants to do is pay 10x more than what something cost for something that Dior made in the 70′s.
Wooden Sleepers has got just about everything a modern man would need. If I can fill my apartment with stuff from there. I’m set.
Fun Fact – he recently sold a set of notebooks to the Mad Men prop department, no joke.
These glasses are equally hilarious and awesome. Makes me wish I still had my garfield mugs.
