Start With Typewriters

Waste(Twice) is starting to become one of my favorite brands.

Founded in 2002 and designed by Motoki Kawanabe and Shinsuke Kojima. They are a Japanese clothing company that is pretty much exclusive to Japan. Good luck finding it here unless you get a new best friend over east.

If I’m lucky my buddy in Tokyo will hook some stuff up for his ol’ friend in the US of A. Here are some of my favorites.

I’ve always been a big fan of Trickers. Quality made shoes from Northampton England. After all there is a reason why they have a Royal Warrant. (hint if you don’t know what it is read here) I was recently skimming the giant series of pipes know as the internet – stumbled upon these chukka boots at the Bureau and whew they are pretty slick.

Its all about that red brick sole.

Alright, I’ll admit I put this off for a while. I made one for my work but I knew I wanted to make a better and more in depth one for the blog.

A lot of things happened this year. I even thought about doing a decade list but no one wants to hear about stuff I was doing when I was 14 on.

So I’m going to remember 2009 the best way I can…by writing it down. (in no particular order)

Cashmere.  What is it? Hair from goats, fine hair.

About 5 years ago I got a tattoo on my left forearm that had the abbreviation of a bible verse on it. A few people thought it was lame but I could honestly give a shit. It was for me, it was my reminder of what I was continuing to learn and explore. Sort of a small “this is where I am, this is where I want to be” I mean that’s what most folks get tattoo’s for right?
